Going On With My Body?: Mom's
body will undergo many changes during
her pregnancy. In this class
you'll find out what changes to
expect. We'll also take a look
at fetal development so you can keep
track of the changes that are also
going on in your baby's body.
You'll find out that you're not going
through this alone!

For Two!: This
class will help mom understand the
basic nutritional requirements of
pregnancy. We'll also discuss
other topics such as the effects of
tobacco, over the counter medications,
alcohol, and street drugs on your
unborn child. The truth of
common myths and "Old Wives
Tales" of pregnancy will be
thrown into the mix.

your pillow as we settle down to go
through a "trial labor" to
learn about breathing techniques and

Tiny Person: Mom
will review basic infant care and
learn about the physical
characteristics to expect when your
baby arrives. We'll also discuss
the importance of contraceptive use
after delivery and review types and

To Normal: This
class will discuss the physiological

| Safety
First: Parents
will learn their roles as the primary
source of injury prevention for their
infants. A Certified Child
Safety Seat Technician will instruct
parents on the use of child safety
seats. Child proofing your home

| Big
Sister! Big Brother!: Big
Brother and Big Sister will get one
last "spoiling" before
"their" wonderful new baby
arrives. There are many
responsibilities when it comes to
being a big brother or sister and
we'll help them adjust to the
idea. We'll "dress up"
as doctors to take a tour where Mom
and the baby will be and we'll also
have a birthday party for their new
arrival complete with cake and ice

class begins at 6 p.m. and will last approximately 1 and

a tour of the Labor, Delivery and
